Goodbye typecho! This plugin will help you seamlessly migrate resources from TypEcho to WordPress.
The plugin works by exporting resources in Typecho to a XWR file that is recognized by WordPress and importing the file through the WordPress import tool.
Supported software versions
The plug-in has been tested on Typecho1.1 and WordPress5.2.2.
Please click https://github.com/ibadboy-net/ByeTyp/releases, download the latest version of the plug-in, and install on your Typecho. Note: Before uploading the plug-in, delete the version number behind the directory, for example, byetyp-1.2, and change it to ByeTyp.
Method of use
After enabling the plug-in on Typecho, go to the console -> Data Export -> Export XML file to download and save the file.
Run the WordPress Import tool on WordPress to import the XML file you downloaded earlier.
The following figure shows how to run the WordPress import tool:
Migrate the /usr/uploads directory in the Typecho site to the /wp-content directory in WordPress.
Replace the image resource path in the database by executing the following SQL statement:
UPDATE wp_posts SET post_content = REPLACE( post_content, '/usr/uploads/', '/wp-content/uploads/');
